Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup of pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup of ketchup
- 1/4 cup of rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons of agave nectar
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger, grated
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Coat the cauliflower florets in cornstarch.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat and add the cauliflower. Cook until crispy and golden brown, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, add the diced bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes.
