Ingredients
- 1 kg pork belly, skin on
- 2 tablespoons Vegemite
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Chinese five-spice powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).
- Score the pork belly skin with a sharp knife and season with salt, pepper, and Chinese five-spice powder.
- In a small bowl, mix together the Vegemite, honey, and minced garlic to make the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the pork belly, making sure to coat the skin well.
