Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons Vegemite
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and finely chop them.
- In a bowl, mix the chopped mushroom stems, Vegemite, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic, and salt and pepper.
- Spoon the mixture into the mushroom caps and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle the stuffed mushrooms with olive oil and bake for 20 minutes, or until the mushrooms are tender and the filling is golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
