Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 cup chopped kale
- 1 cup chopped bell peppers
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup palm oil
- 1/4 cup ground crayfish
- 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onions, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
- Stir in the ground crayfish, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
- Stir in the chopped bell peppers, spinach, and kale. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Season with salt to taste and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and serve hot.
