Ingredients

  • 2 cups chopped spinach
  • 1 cup chopped kale
  • 1 cup chopped bell peppers

  • 1 scotch bonnet pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup palm oil
  • 1/4 cup ground crayfish
  • 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat the palm oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions, garlic, and scotch bonnet pepper. Sauté until the onions are translucent.
  3. Stir in the ground crayfish, cayenne pepper, and smoked paprika. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they soften.
  5. Stir in the chopped bell peppers, spinach, and kale. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Season with salt to taste and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat and serve hot.
