Vegetarian Carrot And Ginger Soup

Ingredients

  • 6 large carrots, peeled and chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
