Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of water
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons of melted butter (or vegan butter for a vegan option)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure to coat it completely, and place it on the prepared baking sheet.
