Vegetarian Portobello Mushroom Burger

Ingredients
- 4 large portobello mushroom caps
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 whole grain burger buns
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 4 slices of tomato
- 4 slices of red onion
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush the mushroom caps with the balsamic mixture, making sure to coat both sides.

- Place the top half of the bun on top and serve immediately.
