Ingredients
- 1 package (8 ounces) cannelloni tubes
- 2 cups ricotta cheese

- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the ricotta, spinach, Parmesan, and egg. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
