Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups beef or vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, rice, onion, tomatoes, garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the meat and rice mixture, and place them in a deep pot or Dutch oven.
- Pour the broth over the stuffed peppers and drizzle with olive oil.
