Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Chop the mushroom stems finely and combine them with feta cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
