Ingredients
- 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Chop the mushroom stems finely and combine them with feta cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic, olive oil, salt, pepper, and parsley in a bowl.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the filling mixture.
