Ingredients
- 500g salted cod
- 1 liter milk
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 200ml extra virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soak the salted cod in water for 24 hours, changing the water 3 times.
- Place the cod in a pot with milk and garlic, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Drain the cod and remove any bones and skin.
- Place the cod in a bowl and whip with olive oil until creamy.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
