Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup snap peas
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 tablespoon Szechuan peppercorns
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat.
- Add the onion, bell peppers, snap peas, and broccoli. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.
- Add the Szechuan peppercorns and garlic, and stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Pour the sauce over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
- Cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
