Ingredients
- 1 cup vermicelli
- 4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
- 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
Instructions
- Heat ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli until golden brown.
- Pour in the milk and let it come to a boil.
- Add the sugar, cardamom powder, and mixed nuts. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- Stir occasionally until the vermicelli is cooked and the pudding thickens.
- Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
