Ingredients

  • 1 cup vermicelli
  • 4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup ghee
  • 1/4 cup mixed nuts (almonds, pistachios, cashews)
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder

Instructions

  1. Heat ghee in a pan and roast the vermicelli until golden brown.
  2. Pour in the milk and let it come to a boil.
  3. Add the sugar, cardamom powder, and mixed nuts. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  4. Stir occasionally until the vermicelli is cooked and the pudding thickens.
  5. Remove from heat and let it cool before serving.
