Ingredients
- 4 large bell peppers
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 tsp caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup beef broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Cut the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, cooked rice, onion, garlic, diced tomatoes, paprika, caraway seeds, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the bell peppers with the beef mixture and place them in a baking dish.
- Pour the beef broth into the bottom of the baking dish.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the beef is cooked through.
