Ingredients
- 1 lb ground pork

- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 head of lettuce, for serving
- 1/4 cup dipping sauce (nuoc cham)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, garlic, shallot, fish sauce, sugar, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into small patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
- Once cooked, remove the patties from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Assemble the cha by placing a lettuce leaf on a plate, adding a cha patty, and topping with chopped herbs, green onions, and peanuts.
- Serve with dipping sauce on the side.
