Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup chopped roasted peanuts
- 1/4 cup fried shallots
- 1/4 cup sliced red onion
- 1 red chili, thinly sliced (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, carrot, cucumber, cabbage, mint, and cilantro.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients: 3 tablespoons fish sauce, 2 tablespoons lime juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, and 1 minced garlic clove.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Transfer the salad to a serving platter and top with chopped peanuts, fried shallots, sliced red onion, and red chili (if using).
- Serve the gỏi gà immediately and enjoy!
