Ingredients
- 1 cup strong brewed Vietnamese coffee, cooled
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 24 ladyfinger cookies
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Dip each ladyfinger cookie into the cooled Vietnamese coffee and arrange them in a single layer in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the layer of soaked ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfinger cookies and mascarpone mixture.
- Sift cocoa powder over the top layer of the tiramisu.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
