Vietnamese Shaking Beef (Bò lúc lắc)
Bò lúc lắc, also known as Vietnamese Shaking Beef, is a popular dish in Vietnamese cuisine. It features tender cubes of beef marinated and stir-fried with garlic, onions, and a savory sauce. This dish is typically served with a side of fresh vegetables and steamed rice.

- 1.5 lbs beef tenderloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce

- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 green onions, cut into 1-inch pieces
