Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup lingonberry jam
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, egg, Dijon mustard, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
