Instructions
- Season the red snapper fillets with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add the seasoned red snapper fillets and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, and bell pepper until softened.
- Add the tomatoes, scotch bonnet pepper, thyme, and paprika. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
