Ingredients

Instructions
- Rinse the basmati rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- In a pot, combine the rinsed rice, coconut milk, water, salt, and vegetable oil.
- Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
