Ingredients
- 1 pound walrus meat, thinly sliced
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

- 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a large pot, bring the chicken broth to a simmer over medium heat.
- While the broth is simmering, prepare the wontons by placing a small amount of walrus meat in the center of each wonton wrapper. Fold the wrapper in half to form a triangle, then press the edges to seal.
- Add the green onions, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic to the simmering broth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Gently drop the wontons into the broth and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they float to the surface and are cooked through.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with additional green onions if desired.
