Ingredients
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon wasabi paste
- 12 spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup julienned carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the shrimp in soy sauce, sesame oil, and wasabi paste for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Soak a spring roll wrapper in warm water for a few seconds until pliable, then lay it flat on a clean surface.
- Place a small amount of shredded lettuce, julienned carrots, and cilantro in the center of the wrapper.
- Top with a cooked shrimp and fold the sides of the wrapper over the filling, then roll up tightly.
- Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
