Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-2 tsp wasabi paste
  • Sesame seeds, for garnish
  • Green onions, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the chicken wings on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until crispy and cooked through.
  3. In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, ginger, garlic, and wasabi paste. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once the wings are cooked, transfer them to a large bowl and pour the wasabi sauce over them. Toss to coat the wings evenly.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
