Wattleseed Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup wattleseed
  • 1/4 cup hot water
  • 8 oz dark chocolate, chopped
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, steep the wattleseed in hot water for 10 minutes. Strain and set aside.
