Welsh Dragon's Breath Brisket

Ingredients
- 3 lbs beef brisket
- 2 tbsp Welsh Dragon's Breath spice blend
- 1 onion, sliced
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Season the brisket with the Welsh Dragon's Breath spice blend, salt, and pepper.
- Place the sliced onion and minced garlic in the bottom of a roasting pan.
- Place the seasoned brisket on top of the onions and garlic.
- Pour the beef broth and red wine vinegar over the brisket.
- Cover the roasting pan with foil and place it in the preheated oven.
- Cook for 3-4 hours, or until the brisket is tender.
- Remove the foil and continue cooking for an additional 30 minutes to allow the brisket to brown.
- Once done, let the brisket rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
