Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Welsh lamb, ground
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon thyme, chopped
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 cup beef stock
- 4 cups mashed potatoes

Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the ground lamb over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion, carrots, and garlic to the skillet and cook until the vegetables are tender.
- Stir in the frozen peas, rosemary, thyme, and tomato paste. Pour in the beef stock and simmer for 10 minutes.
