Ingredients

  • 1 sheet of ready-rolled shortcrust pastry

  • 200g Caerphilly cheese, crumbled
  • 3 eggs
  • 200ml double cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Line a tart tin with the shortcrust pastry and trim the edges.
  3. Blind bake the pastry for 10 minutes, then remove from the oven and set aside.
