Ingredients

  • 4 slices of thick-cut bread
  • 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler in your oven.
  2. Place the bread slices on a baking sheet and toast them under the broiler until golden brown on both sides.
