Ingredients
- 1 head of cabbage
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Carefully remove the cabbage leaves and blanch them in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside to cool.
- In a skillet, cook the ground turkey and onion until the turkey is no longer pink. Add the cooked quinoa, tomato sauce, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place a spoonful of the turkey and quinoa mixture onto each cabbage leaf. Roll the leaves, tucking in the sides, and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Cover the rolls with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
