Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- In a large pot, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook until browned on both sides. Remove the chicken from the pot and set aside.
- Add the chopped onion to the pot and cook until softened. Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
- Stir in the sweet paprika, then pour in the chicken broth. Return the chicken thighs to the pot, cover, and simmer for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Stir in the sour cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
