Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice noodles according to the package instructions.
  2. Julienne the carrots and cucumbers.
  3. Soak the rice paper wrappers in warm water until soft.
  4. Place a softened rice paper wrapper on a clean surface and layer with wild vegetables, rice noodles, julienned carrots and cucumbers, fresh herbs, and bean sprouts.

  6. Repeat with the remaining ingredients.
  7. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili sauce for dipping.
  8. Serve the wild vegetable rice rolls with the dipping sauce.
