Wombat Wonton Soup

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground wombat meat
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 24 wonton wrappers
- 6 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 4 cups chopped bok choy
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the wombat meat, onion, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten the edges with water, then fold the wrapper over the filling and press the edges to seal.
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil. Add the wontons and bok choy, then reduce the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Serve the soup hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
