Ingredients
- 1/2 lb ground wallaby meat
- 1 cup finely chopped Tasmanian mountain pepper leaves
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 24 wonton wrappers
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the ground wallaby meat, chopped mountain pepper leaves, minced garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Place a small spoonful of the meat mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold over and press to seal.
