Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tablespoons Piri Piri sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the Piri Piri sauce, olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them with the marinade. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked. Remove from heat and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing them into strips.
- Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds on each side.
- Spread a layer of mayonnaise on each tortilla, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomato, and sliced chicken. Sprinkle with chopped cilantro.
- Roll up the tortillas, tucking in the sides to create a wrap. Cut in half and serve.
