Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate the pork intestines with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and five-spice powder for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and green onions, and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the marinated pork intestines and cook until browned.
