Ingredients
- 1 lb pork intestines, cleaned and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp five-spice powder
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 slices ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, marinate the pork intestines with soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sugar, and five-spice powder for 15 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pot over medium heat. Add ginger, garlic, and green onions, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the marinated pork intestines and cook until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 hours until the pork intestines are tender.
