Wunapu (island Style Stir-fry)

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, snap peas)
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, grated
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken and cook until browned, then remove from the pan and set aside.
- In the same pan, sauté the onion, garlic, and ginger until fragrant.
- Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they are tender-crisp.
- Return the cooked chicken to the pan and stir in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until everything is well combined and heated through.
- Remove from heat and serve the Wunapu stir-fry hot with steamed rice.
