Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms, stems removed and reserved
  • 200g ground pork
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped water chestnuts
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the steamer over high heat.
  2. Finely chop the mushroom stems and mix them with ground pork, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, sugar, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Stuff each mushroom cap with the pork mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed mushrooms in the steamer and steam for 15 minutes or until the pork is cooked through.
  5. Serve hot and enjoy!
