Ingredients
- 8 oz (225g) fresh or dried Chinese wheat noodles
- 1/4 cup (60ml) soy sauce
- 3 tbsp (45ml) Chinese black vinegar
- 2 tbsp (30ml) sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp (15g) sugar
- 1/2 tsp (2.5g) chili oil (optional)
- 1/4 cup (35g) roasted peanuts, crushed
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, black vinegar, sesame oil, minced garlic, sugar, and chili oil (if using) to make the sauce.
- Pour the sauce over the cold noodles and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle crushed peanuts and sliced green onions on top before serving.
