Ingredients
- 500g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 salted egg yolks
- 1/2 cup cornstarch

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 stalks green onions, chopped
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
