Ingredients

  • 500g fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 salted egg yolks
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pat the shrimp dry with paper towels.
  2. Coat the shrimp with cornstarch and shake off any excess.
  3. Heat oil in a wok or deep skillet over medium-high heat.
