Ingredients

  • 200g crab meat
  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 tablespoon Shaoxing wine
  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the silken tofu by cutting it into small cubes and carefully transferring them to a serving dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.
  3. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the crab meat and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add the green onions, chicken broth, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper to the wok. Stir well.
  5. Pour the cornstarch slurry into the wok and continue to stir until the sauce thickens.
  6. Pour the crab meat mixture over the silken tofu cubes and serve hot.
