Ingredients
- 1 block silken tofu
- 200g crab meat

- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare the silken tofu by cutting it into small cubes and carefully transferring them to a serving dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the crab meat and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the green onions, chicken broth, Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and white pepper to the wok. Stir well.
- Pour the cornstarch slurry into the wok and continue to stir until the sauce thickens.
- Pour the crab meat mixture over the silken tofu cubes and serve hot.
