Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb, cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp cumin powder
- 2 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorn powder
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 8 bamboo skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cumin powder, chili powder, Sichuan peppercorn powder, soy sauce, and vegetable oil to make the marinade.
- Add the lamb cubes to the marinade and coat them evenly. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
- Thread the marinated lamb cubes onto the soaked bamboo skewers.
- Heat a stovetop grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the lamb skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle chopped green onions and cilantro on top before serving.
