Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the cashew nuts and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove from the wok and set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in the wok. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink and opaque.
- Add the red bell pepper and stir-fry for another minute.
- In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper. Pour the sauce into the wok and stir to coat the shrimp and bell pepper.
- Add the cashew nuts back into the wok and stir to combine.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and serve hot.
