Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashew nuts

  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat. Add the cashew nuts and stir-fry until golden brown. Remove from the wok and set aside.
  2. Heat the vegetable oil in the wok. Add the garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  3. Add the shrimp and stir-fry until they turn pink and opaque.
  4. Add the red bell pepper and stir-fry for another minute.
