Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
  • 2 green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.
