Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and salt. Mix well.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat to seal the dumplings.
