Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, Shaoxing wine, sesame oil, sugar, white pepper, and salt. Mix well.
- Place a small spoonful of the crab mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, then fold and pleat to seal the dumplings.
- Place the dumplings in a steamer lined with parchment paper and steam for 10-12 minutes until cooked through.
