Ingredients
- 4 fresh crabs
- 1 cup Shaoxing wine
- 3 slices ginger
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Clean the crabs and remove the top shell.
- Place the crabs in a steaming dish and add the ginger and green onions on top.
- In a small bowl, mix the Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, and salt. Pour this mixture over the crabs.
- Steam the crabs for 15 minutes or until they turn red.
