Ingredients
- 1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
- 4 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (14 oz) diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
- Add the beef stew meat to the pot and brown on all sides.
