- 1 cup finely chopped cabbage
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil, for frying
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground pork, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, and black pepper.
- Place a small spoonful of the pork mixture in the center of each dumpling wrapper. Moisten the edges with water and fold the dough over the filling, pressing the edges to seal.
