Ingredients
- 4 oz. dried glass noodles
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts, crushed

Instructions
- Soak the glass noodles in warm water for 10 minutes, then drain and set aside.
