Ingredients
- 2 large yams, peeled and cubed

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat.
